A static and versatile exercise station requiring the user's body weight to perform functional outdoor exercises accessible to all. These are fitness, warm-up and stretching exercises approved by certified kinesiologists. Our ABZ-01 module is an outdoor exercise station very popular with teenagers, adults and any other enthusiast of calisthenics or Street Workout.

A compact, community-focused design, thus increasing interactions and sharing between users and therefore collective and individual motivation!

This layout can accommodate more than 8 users simultaneously.

Customizable station components:

• A brushed polypropylene climbing rope anchored to the ground with a stainless steel core
• Three pull-up bars of varying height and grips (neutral grips)
• Two push-up bars (push-up bars)
• A set of parallel bars
• One to two accessible supports to accommodate small people and perform advanced exercises or with elastic band and TRX (optional)

Our module ABZ-01, accompanied by our exercise bench and benches for jumping,will offer a complete and safe active outdoor space. One or more descriptive panels on the outskirts will illustrate a multitude of exercises to be carried out using our equipment.

Installation

The module must be fixed on a concrete base. We recommend the application of a cushioning material, such as sand or certified playground wood fiber, to ensure a safe outdoor training space. In order to meet the CSA standard, an obstacle-free clearance zone of 1.8 meters is recommended around the perimeter of the structure.

Concrete slab required: 11’-6’’ x 7’-0’’ (wire mesh if possible), 6” thick min.
Recommended clearance area: Wood fiber surface, 12” thick, rectangular surface 21’-6’’ x 18’-2’’
