An exercise bench without a backrest, useful for carrying out exercises requiring the whole body. The integrated ergonomic supports give adequate support when performing outdoor exercises. The semi-textured surface finish offers optimal comfort while ensuring a safe (non-slip) space for performing cardiovascular or leg workouts.
