Calisthenics structure, module ABZ-02

A static and versatile exercise station requiring the user's body weight to perform functional outdoor exercises accessible to all. These are fitness, warm-up and stretching exercises approved by certified kinesiologists.

A compact, community-focused design, thus increasing interactions and sharing between users and therefore collective and individual motivation!

This layout can accommodate more than 13 users simultaneously.

Customizable station components:

• A brushed polypropylene climbing rope anchored to the ground with a stainless steel core
• Four pull-up bars of varying height and grips (neutral grips)
• A double level horizontal ladder to encourage momentum and vary the user journey (12 rungs)
• Two side supports for variation of grip on the horizontal ladder
• A brushed polypropylene climbing net anchored to the ground with a stainless steel core

It is possible to integrate one or more accessible support(s) into this calisthenics structure in order to accommodate small people and perform advanced exercises or exercises with an elastic band.

Add one or more panels signage on the outskirts of this outdoor exercise station to illustrate the different functional exercises to be performed with our calisthenics structure.

Get inspired by our project carried out at Saint-Urbain-Premier in Monteregie.

Installation

The module must be fixed on a concrete base. We recommend the application of a cushioning material, such as sand or certified playground wood fiber, to ensure a safe outdoor training space. In order to meet the CSA standard, an obstacle-free clearance zone of 1.8 meters is recommended around the perimeter of the structure.
